This is actually a very bad company. The work culture is too bad. This company spoils the employee's career. They hold the salary od almost every employee. There is no F& F policy in the company. The most important thing is that there is product to sell . They don't have any vertical to provide the client. They do fraud with the client. They take the money from the Client and never return the amount to them. They never pay travel of the employees. Conclusion is this is a big fraud company. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Nothing as such. Very few people who are just surviving due to some personal issues have to stay in the company are a good to spend our break time.

Dislikes

Worst company to work for. No projects on ground all exists in papers. Directors do not communicate to one another forcing the internal teams to fight and cheat their way to do work which never is up to the mark for upper management. Moreover the owner of the company has no manners not respect to talk to or about anything.
