I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I feel tbe growth opportunity is not there, you are stagnant on a position in terms on money and designation. Although the work expected is more than twice your profile. So the work life balance goes for a toss.
