1.( Some Managers are with lots of ego and micro-manage every time. 2.(This is for HR , Don't Trust them they are all garbage shit. They even don't look at you they are on there ego trip. 3.( HR and this company will make you sign a contract so that you can't apply to any known Company in india working in Aerospace. Work culture is pathetic specially in Aerospace systems because Manager does not have any knowledge himself and try to micromanage each and everything. NewSpace is a bubble just waiting to burst just like a Team Indus. No training whatsoever for skill improvement, don't pay salary on time, have gone for almost 3months without pay. It's a bubble just waiting to be burst. No respect to the employees, manager shouting on teammates on the floor. HR ignoring employees and forget them after hiring. They don't give relieving letter event after weeks of leaving. They don't pay your pf and tax that is deducted from your salary.
