HR policies are of lamen type You won't have joining bonus, relocation allowances, everything you have to bear on your own. Only one work from office per month is allowed

1. You will get detachment at new place. 2. If you are interested to work in field like (desert, Hills, grassland etc.) Then, You will enjoy this place.

...Let employees to do their task. 3. Please keep at least 2 days WFH in a week. 4. Please keep the salary at industry standards. Example: SDE 1 (12-19 LPA) SDE 2(19-29 LPA) SDE 3(29- 50 LPA)

...d everything. NewSpace is a bubble just waiting to burst just like a Team Indus. No training whatsoever for skill improvement, don't pay salary on time, have gone for almost 3months without pay. Last year arrears are still not paid. HR keep giving increment to themselves. Aerospace systems is just selling the dream without knowhow of how to execute.

Dislikes

It's a bubble just waiting to be burst. No respect to the employees, manager shouting on teammates on the floor. HR ignoring employees and forget them after hiring. They don't give relieving letter event after weeks of leaving. They don't pay your pf and tax that is deducted from your salary.

There are a few good people within the organisation that actively work towards the company "vision".

Dislikes

*Beware of the contract and 1 year non-compete that do not disclose until you join on the first day* Departments compete for resources and recognition rather than realizing that they are all on the same team. Skill development and career progression non-existent, super hierarchical for a "start-up", paychecks were often delayed. Feels like their system is built to largely benefit early employees with said employees remaining closed off to employee ideas and input.

Nothing, if you want to take classes on Corporate Politics then you should join, HR are goons. There's is no bond for employees which is good but as you join on the first day they Will ask you to sign a paper where they list out all the existing company in the india and say these are competitor company and you can't join them. So that dirty game they play and force you to sign that contract. So please don't join the company.

Promotion they give to there favourite employee, same for salary increment. It will be helpful in learning how to S.ck. if you want to learn
