I had two rounds of interview and both the interviewers were very professional and casual during the interactions.

I got selected for the last and final round with the Founder, but it seems that the person is occupied with work and therefore HR team has no update on the interview schedule since 17th August, 2023. Nor do they provide clarity on road ahead. If the Company had doubts should have raised it in the initial rounds itself.

The HR team specially, the likes of names: Cletus and Bhavana are absolutely pathetic in the way they lie and treat people. HR at Newspace is nothing short of a scam department that makes sure to make the life of employees hell.

Innovative products, Friendly atmosphere

Even though the overall product might be good, the approach towards things and the work that an individual gets to do is very basic. For few the learning curve is good, for the majority, no great learning or tech exposure. Beware of the HR head. She is extremely unpredictable and not trustworthy. Has a very bad ego problem.
