Job security is very good management won't lay off the employees.

The work culture is not so good. the company that provides only limited software and not single plugins but expects more creative works in a very limited time. If we talking about management then management should check out all the departments who working hard and desperately and their skills, dedication, punctuality, and their creative work. Training: We never get any type of training there. Career Growth: If we talk about career growth is just zero. Salary: It's a 50% ok. Appraisal: This is very poor and not satisfied and even not in timely will get. Learning: this is also zero. The work environment is not so good and not bad. Work-life balance is very bad cuz employees r not getting many holidays and leaves here and even a few departments getting 2 days off in a week but few are only 1 day off....Read More
