COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW

GENERALLY SPEAKING, MY WORK IS SLIGHTLY CHALLENGING AS I HAVE TO LOOK AFTER THE ENTIRE PRODUCT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION LIFE CYCLE AS WELL AS MANAGE DAY TO DAY YIELD OPERATIONS.

Work environment was good all the employees over there are good and helping.

Dislikes

There is no salary increment, no incentives they just want the work but they don't want to give the incentives . It is good for Freshers not for the experienced as a the salary is fixed there and it is only 17000 if u worked for five or more years after that ur salary is 17000 there is no such increments.

Work was good but everyone works for money so at least the company will provide increments after six months and. The incentives took

I really love my experience working with this company. I always appreciate to be the part of the company. I learn so much from there. Even the colleagues are so coperative and i really enjoyed working with them.

Compensation is quite good but the growth is slow.
