The only good thing about Gurukul is the salary paid is according to company standards.

The Principal of Gurukul is a cheat and doesn't deserve tat post. She is biased to teachers and will throw u out if she doesn't find you suitable. You cannot voice out your opinion. The work culture is pathetic as nothing is planned and few teachers who don't deserve are given importance as they are spoons to the Principal. Teachersare used as puppets and always insulted in front of parents and management. The COORDINATOR are of no support to the staff. There are no training modules no opportunity to travel n learn, no work life balance as they call on non working days if required. for public holidays the compensated is done on non working Saturdays. There is no job security as at any given point of time the management can kick u out without prior notice. On a lot of occasions salary is deducted, Also if u don't vote...vote being your right. For every non approved leave double salary is deducted even if you provide necessary documents....Read More
