Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and they give good salaries with good appraisals.

Nothing to dislike about the company.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. I used to enjoy working in the school. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The management and staff is cooperative. Staff benefits are given. Staff children are give a concession on the fee.

Dislikes

No promotion or growth in terms of position and pay roll even after years of excellent service. Contract is only for 11 months. Contractual employees are not paid for the 12 th month.
