9 hours of shift and they don't provide a single beverage to employees. Employees have to pay for tea/coffee out of their own pocket. No job security—people working for years are fired on a one-day notice when the company doesn't have work inflow. ACs don't work properly. Poor lightning. Mosquito larvae were once discovered in drinking water cooler. HRs lie to newly joined employees to no extent whereas in reality they aren't even given a proof of employment. There are no pens/pencils in the publishing company. Imagine! Employees have to buy out of their pocket. Not a 5-minute break other than the lunch ofcourse. They make employees sit with a one-seat gap in between. Even the number of times you go to washroom is counted. This place feels like prison. i have been working here for the last 8 years, Office environment is very good. Management has good behavior with the workers. MD is a very calm and soft spoken person.
