I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. You get to lean new things and improve as you go forward. The seniors are good and always ready to assist as much as they can. You get sufficient leaves to rest and recuperate in between.

Dislikes

Need an eye for the recognition of good work, developers must be praised often with proper salary compensation. Since the real work motivation comes when a person is getting paid sufficiently for the amount of work they've been putting in.
