Favouritism, biased manager and characterless HOD 5. Poor complaint redressal mechanism 6. Termination of employees within the blink of eye.

During my shity period of working here I saw 4 people getting terminated in the blink of an eye. There is no job security as such. People are expected to keep slogging for the salary provided.
