I don't like here anything, they will never give you work for which they have hired you.

They will never give you, your domain-related work. They have a very biased culture also. They don't even have proper projects. And they will expect you to work extra for their internal initiatives which don't make any sense.

The hike is decent when compared to other consulting and services IT companies. They don't ask your previous salary while calling, so you don't need to worry about your current salary when switching
