The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, unfriendly management and poor work-life balance (they don't care if you're on leave or it's a holiday). Really a bad place to work. The management is sitting on a pedestal, they always put all the blame on employees, cannot handle any criticism. They behave as if their employees are their enemies. The leave policies are even worse. They'll grab any chance to deduct your salary.
