Provides good hike if you are working hard. Accessible location.

Dislikes

Some part of the management does not work and cause pathetic work life balance for employees under them. Provides no job security. Poor transport facility for night shift workers.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
