Unfortunately this is the worst work culture ever.I've been experiencing and witnessing some issues that are affecting my well-being and productivity, and I believe others may be impacted as well. Specifically, I've noticed: - Lack of respect and open communication among team members and management team - Unrealistic expectations and excessive workload - Favoritism and bias in decision-making and promotions - No recognition or appreciation for employees' contributions - Unaddressed conflicts and gossip - Excessive workload and long working hours - Frequent overtime and weekend work This has resulted in: - Burnout and exhaustion - Impact on my physical and mental health - Neglect of personal relationships and responsibilities - Decreased productivity and job satisfaction These issues are creating a toxic work environment, leading to low morale, high stress, and decreased job satisfaction....Read More

It was pathetic working in netscribes & it was a horrendous experience for me to work over there.. There is no job security there, no work life balance, too much politics between mumbaikars & kolkatians.. too much nepotism.. i would recommend to all who wants to join netscribes, do not join..
