The only thing I liked was - The other colleagues.

- Very poor work culture - No job security - Disgusting Management - If there is no project then your job is like - Gone - I have a very terrible experience in this company - please do not join here until it gives you job security

Work Details

Netscribe hired us as graphic designer. But trust me there is no graphic designing work at all. All we were trained to do was Image processing following the guideline. Nonsense. No improvement in work. No designing skills were needed.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
