In starting they will treat you like you are the best employee and they will always praise you but after some time they will start behaving like shit. They don't know how to manage a company. The company founder have zero knowledge about digital marketing and sales. They don't have any client they just run family business everyone works for there family business Tu*** Tu***.! Every month they will make a new rule and next week they will break that rule.! The biggest joke in this company for designers is they don’t know how to see the task’s what a designer is doing they will create a excel sheet daily and they will tell you to fill daily a new task sheet which no one checks, and after all the efforts they will tell you i don’t know what you have done in this month ( aare bhaiya task sheet check kro na + apne he tho group banaya h osko kholo n dekho). They don’t respect the employe they think they can hire and fire.! I have seen 30+ employe living this company. Everyone takes the salary and leaves the company because of the toxic environment. If you really want to make a career in your life please don’t work here. Both the founders are clueless why they have opened this company.! No clients nothing. At a certain point you’ll realise that all the praise at the starting of your time at netpuppys, was all an act to keep you in the company. When the new ones come, you’ll be sidelined and demotivated and neglected. Be ready for that if you apply here. I wouldn’t advise to join this company as a creative person, your creativity will pack its bags and leave. In the technical field (ads/developing), it’s a cool place because the people operating in the area are great and the best part about it is it comes under Pratik. The management is always travelling to Singapore or Dubai and doesn't care about employees at all... They don't know how to retain employees They think they can hire and fire people as per their mood swings, they think the career of employees is a joke... They won't think twice before firing you and if they can't sponsor their Singapore trip. They make other employees compete with each other and fire the one who is not licking their boots... They lack the understanding of what they are selling (Paid and organic Marketing) For them, each day is a new hire and each day is a new fire in terms of employees They will be busy in Dubai and Singapore but be ready to be fired because your career is a joke for them..... On average 2 people either get fired or leave the company each month without giving any notice due to the toxicity of company founders... If you want to make your career a joke, then you can join.. but you will not even get your salary on time.. They barely have any clients...
