Nearly i spent more than 10 years so i feel very safe to work here my understanding with netmetric was very good sometimes i have to give more time to netmetric sometimes i can get holidays when ever i want bonding is good

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
