Nothing it’s a worst company.Managers show case that they are only running the entire work and team is of no use. Leaders layer needs to be changed as with the current leaders and managers the company will never ever be able to grow.

Dislikes

One way decisions and biased approach. Purchased certificates and always ask the croud to post good reviews over glassdoor and other channels . Always say to employees at the time of exit they will spoil the BGV.

Infrastructure, environment, no timelines, campus, greenery, Canteen.

To much politics at higher level. Freshers don't have any chance there only if they have good connections, departmental biasedness in HR you will mostly find Sindhi, in Outsourcing you will mostly found Muslims, and Shrivastava in other departments, freshers opinion is not valued and less chance for promotions even if you work veryhard I have seen people doing work of 3 person still getting no recognition and people doing nothing are valued because they are managers favorite I know this happens almost every where but atleast I want aware you before you go there specially in human resources if you are intern no chance of getting promotion nor they will provide stipend only thing you will learn is gossips. Don't get hopes up you will not get job if you are intern only if you have good connections then you might otherwise you will waste your time if think you can convert it in full time.
