My team mates were good and that credit will not at all go to Netleisure.

Dislikes

Management is in the hand of a person who is trying to establish a new Telangana in the office and he is very much succeed in that. So if you are a Telugu guy/girl then go ahead but if you are not then don't even dare to think in your baddest dream to join this Netleisure. No work life balance, they will not even treat you as human being. No job security. Any fine day they will simply ask you to resign even if you will be the best performer. It is just to satisfy there own managerial ego....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
