No job security, no promotion, bad environment bad Team leaders. No PF and ECS account. No incentives nothing. Work pressure full on. Strict timings. Overall experience is worst. I wasted my golden period in this shit organization.

Basically nothing is to be liked. From the work culture to the work life balance, it's a horrible experience.

Dislikes

The management is not at all structured. You don't get the role you're skilled for, rather you get roles as per the management's choice. They misguide you while hiring, and you get the reality check once you enter. Employee benefits are 0. You don't get the bare minimum amenities like a clean washroom or a coffee machine. The salary doesn't come on time. Everything is scattered.

Dislikes

There seems to be no growth in this company and the are so many polices to prevent you from taking any offs. There's no incentives or no good sources of extra income.
