Appraisals should be appreciated in terms of comparison as per ratio based of previous year package, and also the fact is that most of the employees start with low package of even 6k per month.

Dislikes

Regional feeling of CEO's as well as CEO's HR management (of his region) is the worst part of the NETENRICH, this particular practise of the management won't let the employees of other region to grow or to grab a opportunity despite of eligibility/skills/capability. This illetrate mentality of the management is horrible.

Had wasted 3.5 years of my life trusting the fake promises/commitments by the management and as well as project manager in terms of carrier and skill growth.
