I you are a fresher, then this place is for you. Learn as much as possible. Learn how to be a pro at the tool you use and make sure to take 3-6 month projects and then on completion request a change of industry. This will help you widen your domain knowledge as well as leverage innovation moving forward

Dislikes

Don't go here looking for leadership positions if you have a spine. They will treat you as a resource and proclaim their culture as a reward in stead of an appraisal. Their salary brackets are low and inconsistent throughout the various positions available.

I like the people's policies, transparency, belief in their value system, and applicability of the same. Support and structures are formed to help each individual at the level that they are for clear understanding and execution of their work

Dislikes

Some team members not taking full ownership of their roles even after having all the clarity that they need, not sure how to make them more accountable.
