- Timely feedback - Good Infrastructure - Good Appraisals in Tricity - Hands on learning in the techstack that you want

- Few senior members not giving clear status to upper management sometimes. But still it is not that much problematic

Work Culture and flexible timings. The company is open to new ideas. Every individual's opinion is respected. Most importantly, if you are good at something and or want to be good in any technology, it will give you opportunities to prove yourself. Especially in this time of pandemic, they tried to do the best to make their people happy

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
