They put you on a third party project and never look back at you if you are doing good or not. The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from weekoff there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
