Proprietary Organization and driven by tender business. Thus erratic and non-consistent work. Owner is non-technical, but the site head is also from non-technical background, thus the ways of working are entirely different.

Dislikes

Job security is the major risk. Salary disbursal is erratic and delayed. Appraisal is non structured and uneven. No generic projects for development and the production activities are also very less, thus learning opportunities are nil. No clear defined organogram or hierarchy.
