You would have to manage higher responsibility with very low wages, and every year u will be promoted without increasing your salary, company will grow with your efforts but you will get benefits only in words..

Dislikes

They will promote you to the top level by keeping your salary in low level. Interests in promoting you cant see in increasing salary.
