Nestle is branded company and there is lot to learn as a sales officer. Culture and salary packages are very good.
Dislikes
Training program is so poor. People in the sales department are non supportive and very egoist. They won't bother whether you are learning things or not.
Work Details
I used to cover around 40-50 stores on a regular basis and collect order from them, pitch them the products and try to accomplish the target.
