Company has great policies. Senior management sitting in Gurgaon is really working to make working better, but hardly it is for sales jobs. Good reimbursement policy. Pay policy is superb, you don't usually miss out on variable pay components as targets are achievable.

Nestlé is a great company, or to be precise, was a great company which is starting to become toxic due to over ambitious line managers. People working here did not used to leave and go to other companies, due to which the older generation of employees don't have much exposure to outside work environment and as they are moving up in the corporate ladder, are making the culture super toxic specially in sales. The new Branch manager is over ambitious, super proactive and soon lot of people are going to leave the organisation because of the over burden of work and over ambitiousness. Sales culture is super toxic these days. Where there is always some loop hole they can fire or humiliate you using audit issues, which are uncontrollable.
