All the aspects are OK. but some policy needs to be changed, Like rather than giving benefit for 5 children you can add mother and father also with 02 children.

Dislikes

All the things are good here only some employees related policies needs to be changed as i mentioned above & level hike is taking to much time weather you are performing excellent or outstanding and giving your 200%, you will get next level after a certain time period only. It is just a suggestion.
