As soon as lockdown started, this company asked us to leave the job even after deducting our salry, as after putting resignation also they did not given us any salary etc,

Dislikes

They are not polite, they are very selfish, they even don't care about their employees career, they just work for their profit. If you raise any questions against management or salary , the next day they will asked you to leave the company. Recommended you not to go there, Not having good management

Teammate are really good, but if you want to stay with the company you should be keep buttering the manager and your TL . Company never support their employees even in the time of covid-19. There is nothing what you can say job security. Overnight you will be terminate from the company. No matter what the situation is in the world.

I worked for 3 company . But this is the first company were I found the work life is terrible no matter how you performance are there in the company but you don't have any job security. Overnight you will get the call from your manager and HR telling your terminating from the post by saying company don't have funds to pay for the employee.

Only two or three senior managers are receiving a salary hike, increment, appraisal, and benefits. There is no support for ground-level employees or other team members. Additionally, senior managers are skilled in playing politics, to the extent that they avoid any interaction with HR and other company leaders.
