Job is secure. Work culture is good when we do benchmarking. Others aspects are satisfactory.

Dislikes

People are promoted because of their approach and relationships. There is no any competency test for promoting the people. People having less qualifications are paid more over highly qualified. Increment and promotion criteria should be qualification and competency not the relationship. Some people can't say yes boss at all time. Guys are given preference on behalf of Nationality. Salary increment is equal for all it should be on performance and competency. Many guys are working without proper certification in their fields. And those who have good certification they are not being paid as per their qualifications and Experience, it's the main reason of employees transfer or final exit.There is no reviews that who has what qualifications....Read More
