nothing to like about it.Ceo had a session every sunday in that session he only abuse people and talk about s** stuff

Dislikes

Not giving money to the employee their hard earned money Charge huge amount to student and not giving money to tutor is not a good thing.

Nothing! there is no on time salary have to wait for two months to get the salary for the previous month. They keep meet ups on national holiday we have no time for our family neither for ourselves. They force us to sign an agreement for such low payment . My one month salary as written in my appointment letter was 17500 I barely get a 5000 per month target oriented which I was not told about in the beginning and that too after months....Read More

Everything I have to travel 25 kms a day going home to home and due to which I can take limited classes that too very far from my residence but they want me to take more classes.and if I may not do that they will cut down my salary .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
