I don't like anything working in Neptune Trading Co.This is a rubbish company so far as I have seen.The existing employees don't co-operate with the new joining staff.Even when the new staff asks the employer directly, the employer does't co-operate.This company doesn't give any leave on any festival or any gazetted or national holiday.Every staff has to work here 10 hours daily & gives the lunch time only for half an hour.I joined this co. as on 23rd December 2019.But, the co. has deducted the salary for this day also.As on 25th December the co. forced me come on this day as I was on leave on this day, I on request from Pritesh Jain when come to the office as on this day the co. has deducted the salary.Just before the Lockdown as on 22/03/2020 when I asked the co. to allow the staff to go on Work From Home, Pritesh Jain rejected the proposal & started scolding me.Due to the Lockdown, Pritesh Jain has not provided me any Laptop to work during the lockdown period, it was not possible for me to arrange any Laptop because the salary for the month of March @ 50% was kept by this co. & this 50% salary was given to me in the month of May 2020.When asked about the salary for the month of April 2020, Pritesh Jain is not ready to give me any salary for the month of April 2020.I asked him the salary for so many times for fooding & lodging please provide me the salary, he is not ready to give.I am being humiliated here very badly.I asked all the new comers not to join this co. & also asked the Government of India to take legal action....Read More

the neptune trading team are very good supporting ,in salary case time to time and account team -CA Preteesh jain sir was giving extent experience knowledge to his staff ,am very happy to work here finally am great tanksful to neptune team and my boss ca preteesh jain to give opportunity work in here
