They were so corporating in the joining time. I have given 7 rounds interview for unnecessary & 10 days Training at HYD. It was good

They are dump specially HR department. They can do anything for no reason. Worst company no job security. Base less decisions they take and forced you to agree.

I got placed as a Center Manager , My responsibilities was to in charge all day to day activities, OT , Attendance, Staff management, Billing ,Dr. and patient visit scheduling etc.

Loved to work with one of the best team, 100% job security but you must be loyal and hardworking, work environment is overall good.

Dislikes

Few people doesn't support your efforts, they don't like to motivate their own staffs instead off complaining and backbiting. The only thing that I didn't like but apart from it I love to work in Nephroplus.

Taking care of day to day operations all of my centers, team building, audit, PnL, petty cash management, Guest care, take care of Nephrologists, take care of all Hospital Directors and their team.
