The worst thing is in some unit (especially in kolkata some foolish idiots are work...they called themselves senior they have no qualified tanning education as well.....and ..I don't like some protocal.(like they use dialyzer 12 times even after FBV 50 came,and for that those idiots used to say do it clean again & still they use it until 12 times,their protocal for cleaning a catheter is 'use spirit to clean the catheter'..catheter making companies gives in caution "do not yse alchohol based solution" If anybody says nephroplus good for learning or gaining experience..I told them if some body work out of nephroplus they will gain more knowledge....I join in nephroplus with 5 years of knowledge...At the time of negotiation candidates have to be very strong..I suffer from this low salary...Read More
