I work there for 8 hours as Duty medical officer as will as there centre manager not coming there due to health issue so nephroplus never provided Central manager for nephroplus centre.Nephroplus Zonal manager ambarish always pressurized me to manage.

Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.
