Unprofessional,the salary deduction is more than paid salary and there is no growth, no policy. They terminate employees frequently and rehire them in the system according to their requirements. Do you have India's B school stamp on your CV then go for joining this company with out any hesitate because you will be highly paid and become a department head without experience. Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.
