Champions league that we had was just fantastic. We all had lots of fun. Competing with other people from the company was amazing. This event also allowed us to make new connections from other departments. People who we never spoke to or knew, we became friends. Certainly, such events should be carried out in every company.

The management organizes Excellencia, our annual awards. It is an awaited event each year. Excellencia is the time to celebrate the success and achievements of employees. It is an amazing feeling when your efforts are recognizes and appreciated at such an event. Awards like these build confidence, and send positive energy around!

This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

Dislikes

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.

I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . So same happens with me they are spoiling many people carreer, they don't even have any emotions....Read More

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.
