Lot of politics. HR support existing employee even they are wrong. they Create problem for new employees. If anyone resign then company ask to another emp to take handover. They don't hair new emp. And they don't give increment. If you ask for this ,then they fire you.

HR department is worst management. No value for employees. Another thing, terminates employees once client need satisfies and no projects. They hires for perticular project and terminates if no project instead of fitting resource to other table. This is what experienced by team mates. Not a good place to work. Never recommend.
