Nice company with great values. CEO is very friendly. Work life balance is also good. Good place to learn new things. For freshers opportunities to learn new technologies.If you are capable you can get chance to lead the team in 2-3 years of your IT experiences.

Neoito was my first company after graduation. They have the best working culture. Good environment, You will learn a lot of technologies even without you knowing that you are learning. If I get one more chance to work in the same company I will surely take that chance.

I had never feel burden. Even if i had to work in holiday no one told me or forced me to work, me voluntarily used to work as I felt responsible for the project I am working. You will never feel pressure if you are working there.
