Like most startups, roles are not defined well which can sometimes lead to cross functional learning.

Dislikes

Need better CXOs who can get their hands dirty rather than just instructing. Need a much better people culture. HR is too weak in processes. Retention of top talent remains a problem because people use the company as a stepping stone in their career for short term purposes. More empowerment of middle managers is the need of the hour, away from the current bureaucratic culture.

Horrible work life balance. No respect towards employee space and needs. Horrible HR policies. Work late nights and be in the office before 9.30 next morning else u get late mark and loose your salary. Too much conflicting politics between department heads. No stability. Has 1 of the highest attrition rate in the market. Appraisal are just for name sake. Slog for whole year and get peanuts for appraisal Management will rather hire a new employee with 30-40% hike but will never give decent appraisal to existing employees....Read More
