Likes

I personally don't have any issue with company since it's an emerging one and it had loads of commitment towards its stakeholders. This company does provide all facilities for its employees. Overall, well satisfied.

Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The only drawback of this company is its location i.e. in remote area, which is vulnerable to various communal disputes.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

It was very Challenging and also had loads of backing from company's director, Mr. Devang patel. He is good human & very calm by nature.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

You would be paid full Salary even if your total attendance is less than 26 days.

Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months.
