Work environment, management, promotion, appraisal. Nemko is testing lab and in lab area Nemko position is starting from back side Nemko is hiring the employee from another labs with buy back option or less notice period. But if Nemko employee resigning MD and HR not accepting the resignation and if accepting then writting on mail that you can't join other lab and we will monitor next 3 months after that we provide the experience letter. Such a disgusting company,how this management decide about employees career. Here MD is got this position behalf of his brother. His brother is already employed in Nemko Norway Nemko MD cheating with company,he has constructed his own building in same location as Nemko Faridabad , plot no 384 , sector 68 IMT Faridabad has bigger building than Nemko before that he has own building same like Nemko in plot no 210 in sector 68 IMT Faridabad....Read More

Everything MD ,HR and Quality Manager are lier. I was trainee there and not got appraisal not received permanent letter. I resigned they were started the drama that I was permanent employee and signed the bond and I have to pay 1 lac for my experience letter. It was strange,I never signed any bond. Fake people fake management here.

Company Culture is very good. Management is very helpful. Company provide good food. Opportunity to grow and learning new skills. Company provide bus and cab facility at free of cost. No work pressure.

I joined a month ago so it's too soon to judge, so, these reviews may differ in future:  Reporting Manager is really supportive. MD seems to be accessible. Food facility is really good. Safety. Colleagues are friendly. Work environment is fine.
