1- You will barely like anything except for colleagues 2-people who work here are really to be applauded for working and going through it

1- lack of ethics and morals from higher management 2- working pattern is no industry standardized 3- you dont have sick leaves in leave policy 4- you dont have any perks in the office 5- WFH is considered as bad as giving every minute report 6- youre asked to work on non working days and then your comps off are discarded 7- if youre younger than 50 yrs your sickness is considered as an excuse, cause according to higher management youre less than their age and there is no sense to them stating you are younger and still falling sick 8- the brokeness defines that office does not have tissue papers, office staffs get tissue papers from the washroom 9- they dont treat employee's like employee 10- unrealistic promises to client even if client gives a buffer they would force to close the activity in half a time 11- Micromanagement - we have fill timesheet for an every hour and every minute you spent on an activity 12- no agile way of working 13- QA teams input doesnt matter for the releases 14- they layoff people if tried to explain something technical to higher management and to be called as an unculturally diversified 15- company doesnt trust their employee despite of knowing they are good for trust 16- you can spend whole night to deliver an internal deliverables 17- You have to be in office for 8 hrs despite of flexible hours...Read More
