NEEVIQ is really good for those people who really wants to grow themself and want to go beyond, the owners perception is really beyond the current situation of the BIM Industry. This organisation is not for the gossiping type of people and not for the BOSSY people, this company’s culture is so different than other, they always believe in equality and growth.

Dislikes

In every company there are few negative people and those negative people always spread negativity around us.

The company lacks a positive culture, with ineffective management, excessive micromanagement, minimal job security, and an inadequate appraisal system. Hard-working employees do not receive the recognition or appreciation they deserve. There is significant favoritism from management, which negatively impacts other well-performing and deserving employees.
