Imagine a few ladies from early years and middle school promoted to senior leadership by the virtue of having worked closely with the founder. Having never stepped into a senior school/IBDP classroom even as a teacher and no knowledge nor skills about senior school and giving teacher training programmes to senior school staff and rev iewing their performance/judging their professional personal skills. These are women who have never stepped out of this one school nor their own comfort zone and are judging people who are well-travelled and well-versed in what they do. Such is the condition of this school that boats of many things on their website. In reality, they are just a bunch of petty women who run a school pretty much like they run their households. On top, they are neither warm nor sweet as opposed to some stay-at-home moms. They are mean, nasty, selfish women who have climbed the corporate ladder very fast without having been in proper roles or having done the hard work that people normally do before enjoying such positions, thus creating a very toxic and unhealthy environment that stifles talent. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
