Best place to Work, I feel work culture in Nectar is very ambient. Here they always encourage us to enhance our skills, which help us in the long run. Senior Authorities Always Motivate us. New ideas are welcome and opportunity is given to develop your creative skills. Hybrid work culture is not there but flexibility is given whenever required. Perfect work-life balance is maintained here.
