Work is laid back and you can manage your schedule very well

The company has all the wrong policies in place. They have added a component of monthy bonus in salary structure which they retrieve if you resign at any point. And any hikes given in appraisal are firstly measly and are added to the monthly bonus which in the end is retrieved if you re sign. They have no official internal website for employee management for like payroll and everything....Read More
